I already have an Arise profile. What are my next steps?

Go on the Portal then click on the "Agent Working For An Existing Call Center”.

Then put in our IB ID# 81394, click on the search button. Our name ” Ford & Associates Client Services” will appear. Then click Submit.  Once we receive your request we will accept it and in a few hours your portal will ask for you to sign the agreements to join. Once you sign the agreements you will log out and wait 24 hours. Your portal will then update and grant you access to the job opportunity board. We will email you a welcome letter with a printable pdf file with step by step guidance.
