My profile is marked inactive with Arise. How do I re-activate it?
Please email registration@registration.arise.com – They are the only people who can place your Arise Profile back active.
Please provide Arise with the following information as it appeared on your platform profile in your email:
- User ID Number
- Full Name
- Full Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number(s)
- DOB
- Assistance Being Requested
